RETURN POLICY

AMARE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Amare Global offers a 90-day money-back satisfaction guarantee (excluding shipping costs) for all customers and Brand Partners. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Amare product, you may return the unused portion in its original container or the empty product container within 90 days of purchase. You will be eligible for a replacement, exchange, or full refund of the product price (less shipping costs).


HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have up to 90 days from the date of purchase to return your product. Returns made after this period are not eligible for a refund.


HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA):
    Contact Amare Global Customer Support to obtain an RMA. Start your return by completing the Return Request Form.
  2. Include Required Documents:
    Attach a copy of the invoice with the returned product(s). The invoice must include:
    • Your Amare Global Partner Number,
    • Order number,
    • RMA number,
    • Reason for the return.
  3. Return Deadline:
    Products must be received within 14 business days from the date the RMA was issued.

WHERE TO SHIP RETURNED PRODUCTS

  • Use the address provided by Amare Global Customer Support when the RMA is issued.
  • Products must be returned in the manufacturer’s original packaging as delivered.
  • Customers or Brand Partners are responsible for all shipping costs.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ELSEWHERE?

  • Amare only accepts returns for products purchased directly from the official Amare Global corporate or replicated websites.
  • Brand Partners who sell products from their personal inventory are responsible for honoring refund requests within 90 days of purchase.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for returns.

CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN A PACK?

  • Products bought as part of a pack must be returned as a complete set.

DO I NEED TO RETURN GIFTS WITH PURCHASE?

  • Yes, all promotional gifts must be returned with the purchased product(s). If not returned, Amare reserves the right to charge the fair market value of the promotional item.

IS A RECEIPT REQUIRED?

  • Yes, a copy of the original invoice must be included with the returned product(s).

ARE MEMBERSHIP FEES REFUNDABLE?

  • Annual membership fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. Refer to the Policy Manual for region-specific exceptions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).

PRODUCT CREDITS & AMARE CREDITS

  • Product Credits and Amare Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are not refundable.
